SCS Summit Construction Services LLC
We are a residential construction and remodeling company. Our work is homeowner-facing: projects for people who intend to live in the result. We work on kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, whole-home renovation, additions, flooring, painting and carpentry across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
How projects run
From first walkthrough to punch list
Most of the friction in a remodel comes from decisions made late or scope that was never written down. Our process is built to settle both early.
Consultation
We walk the space with you, talk through what you want to change, and identify anything that will affect scope — structure, mechanical systems, permits.
Written estimate
You receive an estimate that states the scope of work, the materials allowance, and what is excluded. Nothing starts until you have it in writing.
Selections and schedule
Finishes and fixtures are confirmed before demolition so the project does not stall waiting on materials. You get a schedule with the sequence of trades.
Construction
We protect the surrounding areas, coordinate the trades, and keep you updated as the work progresses. Scope changes are handled as written change orders.
Walkthrough and punch list
We walk the finished work with you, build a punch list from what you find, and complete it before the project is closed out.

Where we work
We serve the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Trophy Club, Southlake, Roanoke, Flower Mound, Keller, Grapevine, Westlake, Argyle. If you are just outside these areas, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can take the project on.
